I wasn’t sure what to order, so I told her the kinds of flavors I usually like and asked for a recommendation. She suggested a bagel for me and she was absolutely spot on. It ended up being exactly what I would have picked if I’d known the menu better. On top of that, she was so kind and patient with my two little kids, which made the whole visit feel easy and enjoyable. It’s not always simple going out with kids, but TK made us feel welcome and taken care of. Great customer service and a great recommendation. We’ll definitely be back!

When I asked for it to be remade, the woman at the front got mad at me and scared me in front of the whole store and insisted that’s what a mocha is. I also asked for two chocolate chip bagels toasted with butter and got them not toasted, covered in cream cheese instead. Completely wrong order and terrible customer service. Won’t be back.
