    Food quality has definitely gone down in quality. Bagels have gotten smaller and lack taste. Service was extremely slow, 2 customers in the store and 5 employees and took 10 minutes to get a single bagel.

    I ordered a chorizo sunrise egg sandwich, and when I got home my sandwich was missing an egg and the chorizo patty. How is that possible? I got there at my pickup time and they hadn’t even started the order yet, only for them to do miss half the sandwich?? Then I proceed to call the store to see if they can fix their mistake and they hang up on me and refuse to pick up the phone again. A girl with colored hair picked was the one who hang up on me. Terrible service and I want a refund! This is unacceptable.

    Who decided that Einstein coffee cups should be thinner? I filled my large cup (which now is the size of the former medium) and attempted to put on the go to top. Because the cup is thinner and weaker, the cup collapsed down. Coffee went all over the countertop. Fortunately I wasn’t burned by the hot coffee. Additionally the protective sleeves are also thinner. You will need two now to protect your hand and fingers.
