- MSMark Smith3 days ago1.0Sighhhhhh where do I even begin I come here once a month sometimes even twice but as of recently I think I need to find another bagel place to eat. I get there sometime in the middle of the morning and I get my food after 5 minutes which isn't too bad. But that's not the reason im leaving this review. So I'm eating texting my husband and what not and all of a sudden I hear loud voices of course I look up and see that the manager is getting upset about something. But he's almost basically getting in the face of his coworkers. And it's like pal listen I understand that the day must be long and what not but thats no way to talk to your coworkers. The staff is great but that really hurt my heart to see them getting treated so poorly especially after what seemed like a long day.

Something is off with either how the food is stored or prepped. Everyone who works there is very nice, but the food will make you sick.

Being older she can have issues at other places, but the employees here have always helped her with patience and graciousness. The interior and exterior are well maintained, which can be difficult lately in that shopping center.

The staff here is seriously awesome—friendly, upbeat, and on point with customer service. Even during busy moments, they kept things moving smoothly and still took the time to be polite and welcoming. You can tell they work hard and take pride in what they do. Great vibes, great service, and a solid spot to start the day. Highly recommend. 🥯☕👏
