That sets the tone for my entire day. She is congenial taking my order making sure she has it all correct and offering any specials or freebees. She often prepares my order and brings it to me again with a big smile and asks about my day and how my family is doing. She deserves all the accolades I could possibly give a true professional representative of Einstein bagel. Oh and the breakfasts with coffee are delicious.
