    The bagels and schmears are very good. My favorite is the maple almond. I gave them one less star because their cashier Courtney was very rude. They charged me for two bagels when I only wanted one, and she gave me an attitude because she had to refund me. Then, when they called for me to get my bagel, I was going to grab it and she snatched it away to take out the extra bagel they added because they didn't change the order. She didn't say anything to me, just put it back with no eye contact or apology.

    Food is delicious but the major opportunity is that they don't manage the pick- up shelves. I've seen sketchy people just come in pretend like they're waiting for their order just to grab a bag in front of them and walk out with someone else's order. Also make sure you keep your receipt because my order magically disappeared and I almost had to dig it out of the trash. Again, great food but be at the highest alert for mistakes and food theft.
