- JKJuyoung Kang2 days ago5.0At 6am on a Saturday with the best attitude of anyone I’ve met in the food industry. Louie, the shift lead, was nothing short of amazing. Was having a very somber and terrible night into morning, and his welcomeness and patience really showed genuine care. I couldn’t make a decision and he helped me with such kindness. You can’t teach this humility. He’s a gem. He deserves a promotion.

There is no sense of urgency to complete orders, every time I’ve had an order I’ve had to stand there for multiple minutes just to get someone to ask me what my order was. There is multiple staff but about maybe 2 of them are actually doing their job.
