Ordered a plain bagel with no cream cheese and an avocado bagel. The plain bagel came with cheese snd the avocado toast with no salt whatsoever. Asked for salt and for a plain bagel but the big guy in glasses refused to give me any salt. Sent me over to a different restaurant but they didn't were very surprised that the bagel shop Santa their customers to a different restaurant for salt. Went back and the guy rudely said- no salt. Go look elsewhere down the concourse.

Very disappointed. It was expensive, waited in line for a long time, and when we finally got our food it was the wrong order and I believe spoiled. Threw it away and went to Starbucks instead. Made for a long morning.

A reliably good spot in Terminal B for a light meal. They manage to carry a surprisingly large fraction of Einstein Bros fare fedpite being a relatively tiny outpost. Perhaps the staff isn't as chatty here as they are at your local bagel shop, but you should get over it if this bothers you - people have flights to catch, and here they'll get your order made promptly and correctly.

I stopped by this bagel booth while waiting for my departure flight at gate B12. I looked at their bagels selection and saw they had blueberry. So I got the blueberry bagel and asked for the regular cream cheese on the side. I also got a cherry coke for my drink. Just be aware that things are a little higher in terms of cost at the airport.
It didn't take them long to make my bagel but the person prepping the bagel didn't put the cream on the side, he put a lot in the bagel. So when I told him it was suppose to be on the side, he made me a new one. But this time he got the strawberry cream cheese instead of the plain. But I didn't say anything because I like strawberry too.
My bagel was delicious with the strawberry cream and my cherry coke. I would order it again here if I'm departing from the same gate area.

Terrible experience with the female employee at the register. I checked the allergen menu beforehand. The fried egg has no milk whereas all the other types of eggs have milk. I asked the employee to confirm the egg sandwich I ordered had no milk due to my allergy. The employee shrugged her shoulders and said “I wouldn’t know that.” I pointed to the allergen menu in their work area and asked which egg they used and if it was the milk free version or not. She said “I wouldn’t know we only have what we have.” When I ordered I tried to confirm with the male employee if he knew whether this egg was the fried egg or the other versions. He was kind but immediately interrupted by the woman from the register telling me he didn’t know. The disregard for a real allergy was unacceptable. I will never eat here again
