The woman working there now has been so rude I honestly thought I did something wrong on our first encounter. At first I thought "oh maybe she's not adjusted yet which is understandable" and then it was " maybe she's having a bad day and that's okay" but now... Ive had an issue with this person EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Yesterday was the last time I could handle it. It's ridiculous to be treated this way and always have the same issues with the same person. I was so upset and felt so disrespected that I will not be coming back. I will be looking for a new bagel place because I can not handle how stressful this one is. If you go here be prepared to get treated incredibly rudely, incorrect orders, gaslighting while trying to correct, and you treated like you are the problem for getting the wrong order.

Sje is confrontational every day, its unbelievable how she is still employed here. Fire her and your business will be so much better!
