They were out of the six cheese bagels, not busy at all and did not even offer to make me any Fresh ones so I drive to the one on Lake Mead, which is this location the manager there her name was Lauren what a delight, professional courteous. They were also out of the four cheese or six cheese bagels what she did was was very professional and great customer service. She was 10 times busier than the one in Village Center, Circle and meet me a dozen fresh for cheese bagels. Kudos to Miss Lauren.

I can tell that there's mostly new people so they're still learning, but you can tell that everyone is trying their best to give great service. Having managers that care really makes a difference!

I spoke to Jared the General Manger to compliment Jason. He told me he just took over the store. I'll definitely be back for the great fast service I got. The food was so good too! I signed up for the rewards after hearing the deals I can get!
