Damn! Absolutely great! The food was phenomenal! The price feels off-putting and a bit high. Location is everything, worth trying, and I would pay for it again.
Bacon egg for boy, was amazing!
Gaucho for big boy, absolutely epic!
Sausage egg and cheese sandwich for mum, sweet love!
Egg salad Sammie for girl, best egg salad!
Truffle hash browns (enough for 4)
4x OJ
Mimosa/bloody mary. They were out of both, so we didn't get to try them.

They open at 7AM and we got there at 7:08 and the line was already wrapped around and down the hallway BUT the line moves very fast. Ordered the Eggslut, Hash browns, Sausage, Egg, and Cheese sandwich, a biscuit and some cold brew along. It was all really good with the exception of the biscuit. It was just VERY dry almost to the point of crumbling. Service was fine but once they give you your food it’s impossible to get their attention, tried asking for some extra sauce and just gave up. Atmosphere is also fine, wasn’t expecting much since it’s in a mall essentially but everything was clean.

There's a reason why this place has 4.3 stars. One of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had! Ordered the fairfax with chicken sausage and absolutely delish! As for the truffle hash browns, they tasted like plain 'ol tater tots. Not sure what went wrong there, but they were still good nonetheless.
Just a PSA, the orange juice is not fresh. I literally saw gallons of branded OJ being wheeled into the back and that did deter me from getting the overpriced juice. If you're going to call something fresh and put a $7 price tag on it, please make sure it really is fresh. Still a great place for the breakfast sandwiches!

Stopped in many times in past but never left review. Arrived around 8:30 AM and line was down hall, which have experienced in past. Staff does an excellent job of serving customers in efficient manner and wait in line was about 15 minutes. First time trying the Gaucho and loved it! Tri-tip was super tender and chimichurri complemented well. Definitely a must try. French toast sticks were on same level, amazing flavor. Crunchy on outside and fluffy inside and the maple custard was perfect! Highly recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Eggslut Las Vegas — The Breakfast I Didn’t Know I Needed!
So the wife tells me, “We HAVE to try Eggslut while we’re in Vegas.” Naturally, I rolled my eyes… but I’ve learned the hard way not to argue with her when food’s involved. Well, guess what? She was right again. (Don’t tell her, please — I can’t handle another “I told you so” victory dance 😂).
This place is unique, fun, and worth every penny — and I’m talking about the best $54 I’ve ever spent on breakfast. Sorry IHOP, it’s over. We had a good run. 😅
I went for The Gaucho Sandwich with steak tips, and dear Lord, that thing changed my life. Juicy steak, perfectly cooked egg, soft bun — it’s like the breakfast gods personally assembled it.
Wifey ordered “The Slut” — yes, that’s actually the name — a fancy little glass with a cage-free egg over potato purée. I don’t know how to describe it without sounding like I’m doing a cooking show monologue, so I’ll just say: it was ridiculously good.
And the truffle hash browns cooked in duck fat… oh lord. Duck fat! Who even thinks of that? Whoever did deserves a medal and free coffee for life. Crispy, flavorful, next-level good. Add their French toast, and boom — breakfast bliss.
Long story short: Eggslut is the heavyweight champ of breakfast. Bring your appetite, your sense of humor, and maybe your wife — but prepare yourself to admit she was right… again. 😆🍳🥪
