Came here for their GF breakfast sandwich! The line was around the corner to the bathrooms but it moved very quickly (less than 15 minutes). I got their fresh orange juice (very good) and a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on GF bun. It was heavy on the ketchup but overall, solid. I agree with others that it is a bit overpriced but not insanely so.

"Don't let the long line at the Cosmo scare you off-it moves way faster than it looks! We ordered the Bacon Egg & Cheese Sandwich ,and it was hands-down the best breakfast sandwich I've had in Vegas. The soft-scrambled eggs were like silk, and that warm brioche bun is a game changer. Also, do yourself a favor and get the Truffle Hashbrowns. A bit pricey for breakfast, but it's a Vegas staple for a reason. 10/10 would wait in line again."

Yes - this is still one of my favorite breakfast deals on the Strip in my opinion. Located on the 2nd floor of the Cosmopolitan, this restaurant is located across from the Block 16 Food Court near the guest elevators. Yes, the line still gets gnarly and long. I advise to go before 8AM if possible or stand in a line that will get to be about 30 minutes to an hour. But I've most times been able to grab a sandwich here in 10-15 minutes before 8AM. Has the quality gone down since it first opened up? I would say that perhaps it's just my nostalgia for when they first opened but does feel like it's not as good as it was years ago. But I think for a meal under $20ish for a pretty solid breakfast, it still works well. They have a variety of egg sandwich items and some non-sandwich items. My favorite still has to be the bacon, egg and cheese. The chipotle ketchup (which I always ask a side of as well) just is a wonderful blend of the thicker hardwood bacon and the warm brioche is just a delight to eat. I think the Fairfax is my second favorite. The caramelized onions are absolutely delicious but not as big of a fan of the sriracha mayo personally. The truffle hashbrowns aren't bad too. I'm so glad too they've finally added coffee options here (for years, I had to go elsewhere for my coffee fix first) along with mimosa. Yes, you can find better food and better deals outside the Strip or for more money, but for the value proposition, I think this one is hard to beat.

I tried the “Fairfax Sandwich” today and it was amazing! All ingredients tasted great and were really fresh, the caramelized onions added the perfect touch. I recommend to adding bacon and avocado for a perfect combo, it truly makes a difference. The truffle tots were also on point. I seriously loved it and have nothing negative to add. 100% recommended.

Overall a solid 4 stars. No problem with waiting to order so be prepared to quote. Some additional seating would have been good and helped with the morning rush. Prices for Las Vegas on a par. Food cooked fresh and tasted great for me a slightly larger portion would have been welcomed for example and extra sausage patty or mushrooms as an add on would have been great. But definitely worth a visit !
