Totally dismissive and unwilling to be of service. As a small business owner myself I chose earl of sandwich over McDonalds and Panda Express to try something different and new only to be told they’re not serving anything on the menu. Terrible. I’ll never go back.

But Cubans are supposed to be hot. It had WAY too much mustard on it. I could barely eat it and I’ll eat almost anything. They didn’t cut the 12 inch long sandwich in half either.
