But Cubans are supposed to be hot. It had WAY too much mustard on it. I could barely eat it and I’ll eat almost anything. They didn’t cut the 12 inch long sandwich in half either.

When went to check on it, lady said I need to say I’m here to get my order. Every other restaurant just prepares the order and calls the number. I will know for next time. Did not have what I ordered, soup not available. Considering management has responded very quickly and kindly to my comments, I feel this restaurant merits another chance and will try again soon on my next visit at Palms.
