- RLRamona LinsonFeb 8, 20261.0While placing an order in the drive-thru with my mother, we clearly informed the employee taking our order that we would be paying for the drinks on the card and providing the tip in cash. The employee verbally confirmed that she understood this. After giving us the total, I questioned the amount because it was higher than what I regularly pay for the same drink. I was told that the price of the drink had increased. When I expressed confusion, the employee became confrontational and repeatedly raised her voice, directing comments toward my mother and stating that there was “no tip,” despite us clearly explaining our intent to tip in cash. Because the situation felt inappropriate, I later contacted corporate to confirm the pricing. I was informed that the price of the drink had not increased and that a tip had been added to the transaction without our consent. Being charged a tip without authorization, combined with the employee’s aggressive and disrespectful behavior, was extremely upsetting and unprofessional. This experience left both my mother and me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected, which is disappointing given my otherwise positive history with your business. I am bringing this to your attention so that it can be properly reviewed and addressed. I hope this feedback helps ensure that future customers do not experience something similar. I also never plan on coming to this location again even though I love so many of the other interactions have had in the past.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
