Quentin went above and beyond in reordering my drink for me. He even asked if I wanted to add soft top which usually costs extra. He made sure the broista prioritized my drink and my issue was resolved in a matter of minutes. Didn’t have cash to leave a tip but just a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Quentin for his exceptional customer service skills :-) I always feel bad complaining because I know people are just trying to do their jobs and I’d never want to make their jobs any harder than they need to be. So thank you for making my Thanksgiving morning amazing Quentin. SHOUT HIM OUT! Recognize him for being so sweet & helpful.

I really wanted the little dutch bros one and I totally understand how slam packed they were but I asked the lady at the counter if they had it and she said no even though I saw a big stack in the hands of another worker. I didn’t want to ask again because she was busy and seemed a bit frustrated (again I understand the lines were insane) I asked another worker Leland (hope i spelt it right) and he came in clutch and got me one. That’s the customer service I love and appreciate so much, gave my gratitude to him and left happy <3

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
