The different Coffee was marked well so we knew which one it was. The people working were very friendly and let me know about signing up for an online type of freebies when ordering that way. The only issue I saw was how busy it was and how small the parking lot was. This is definitely a drive through type of establishment with an option to walk up to a counter. I chose to park and walk up, since I don't know the menu. Talk about tight parking, lol but it works. I just took off a star on atmosphere because of the crazy time parking with the drive thru right behind you. I loved it and will return.

- IVIsela VargasNov 25, 20252.0I go to Dutch Bros because I love Irish Cream and few places have it as a sweetener. I order the same drink daily and they get my order right half the time. I still drink it when my order is wrong but I don’t enjoy it. I ask for 1 oz of breve and it usually is made with 2 oz so I can’t taste the coffee anymore. Given that I order the exact same way, every single time, I can only assume it’s either the way that they’re noting My drink differently or that The person who is making My drink is not reading the notes. They’re very friendly and nice. I think I’m just gonna have to start ordering my cold brew with a half-and-half on the side since when I tell them how I want it they can’t seem to make it consistent.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
