Smh. Asked for a receipt for my white mocha blended and her name was Ashley. Can I bring this receipt in to talk to her manager as proof? Or can I send proof of receipt to someone. I just always know this stand as being very nice and always talkative. Maybe I’ll go for a drive to hit up the Eastern locations now 🤷🏻♂️
- CNChicken Nugget4 days ago5.0I came here on my birthday to get my free drink and i actually came around the drive thru and i was crying because i was just having the worst day ever - the girls at this Dutch actually never even scanned my app for my free drink, they just gave me my drink for free! i’m pretty sure it was because i was crying and they didn’t want to hassle me about the birthday drink, regardless it really made my day a lot better and it shows how a small act of kindness can make such a difference. i felt so grateful that they recognized i was having a hard time and had such great customer service 🥹🫶🏻 Thank u ladies !! 💘💘

- GTGeorgina TorresOct 22, 20253.0Every single time that I go grty drink everyone is very nice everything is on point very cordial etc etc, today I asked for a large Dutch h20 and I believe I order a large and a low a large golden eagle as well as a kid's size mago smoothie with bobba, well I get to the window and that girl there started off nice but when I asked if I ordered a med or large and was told med which I said ok it is what it is the she gives me the kids smoothie with bobba and 3 regular straws I asked of she could give me a small cup and a large straw for the bobba and she got mad I also asked her to take the kids cup cause I had no space for it anymore and she said "I can't take trash" same trash she gave me with her bare hands! So I said I have no space here I'll just leave at the window and she said idk do what you please. 🤔🤔 so I did I left it there and she the tossed the cup to the floor whith a nasty attitude, Ive never ever had experienced anything like this and I've been a customer since they opened! This won't stop me from going bk I just hope some talks to her.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
