We notice all car had asked for cold drinks which are easier and faster to make. When we got to the window, there was only one person making the drinks. One guy taking orders, one taking the trash out. There was an extra peraon inside lollygaging because she sure wasnt working. We finally received out hot drinks, no hellos. Just, "heres this and heres that", no good-byes either. Last time Im going to this location.

One of the employees—a girl wearing a black bunny hat—was extremely rude and hostile from the start. I greeted her with a simple “Hi, pickup for Y/N” and instead of responding normally, she loudly snapped back, “Excuse me! Hi, how are you first?” Her tone wasn’t friendly or playful at all—it was sharp and aggressive, as if she assumed my greeting wasn’t “good enough.” The interaction immediately made me uncomfortable. When she came back with my drinks, I was already so frustrated by how she had spoken to me that I just wanted to grab my order and leave before the situation escalated. But not before yelling in a very condescending way, "You're welcome" with a side eye and huff. Customer service shouldn’t feel confrontational or humiliating over something as small as a greeting. I understand Dutch Bros is known for enthusiastic interactions, but that doesn’t justify speaking to customers in a hostile or condescending way. This experience completely ruined what should have been a quick, positive stop.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
