She makes my drinks so yummy and anything i add she makes it 10x better!! I see her busting butt when it’s busy too. I will say i have had some … issues with the other girls acting like im a bother for being there or they have other important things to do…but its their job to be there so im always so confused on why the attitude at their own job 😭? but love dutch regardless!!

No peach flavor or green tea flavor. DON’T buy the peach green tea. Service at 10:11 am in drive thru today not so great either. The girl can be a little more customer oriented and a happier vibe.

Had it remade and the result was the same - hot water without a hint of coffee taste. Is it the coffee product? Is it the technician who prepared it, twice with same result?? Is it me with too high of expectations?? Whatever it is I wasted $4 and change. Not happy.
- EOEmily OsbornJan 30, 20261.0I was cut off by a rude black BMW at this location at 3 pm on 1/30, if having a jerk with small parts edge me out while I was trying to get my sweet treat after very patiently letting other cars pass because I actually no how an alternating line works wasn’t bad enough the girl with the curly haired ponytail that was working the line watched this happen and did NOTHING. Normally there is some traffic directing done by the outside people to maintained order but nope watched it happen, ignored me and then proceeded to reward the audacious and rude behavior by letting them order and go ahead. I love Dutch bros and have never had an issue with this at my regular Dutch bros.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
