Luke-warm at best because they make them faster than they can get people out of the dang drive thru. Make. It. Make. Sense. As a long time east sider, it was nice to know we were getting another coffee place other than crappy sbucks. I have really tried with this location over the years but it fails every time. The first time I ever went, the staff was having an ice fight and a large chunk of ice flew thru the drive thru window and hit my brand new car. I was livid. Said I'd never be back to this location. Tried again today. Never again lol They are trying something new and want drive thru traffic to enter on the north side of the building. The problem is, when you enter off Nellis, there is NO sign to direct you straight to enter the drive thru. The sign still points you to the south side. So you drive around to see that they have it chained off. If parking spaces are full and people are parked along the side, you have NO place to safely back out to go back around the building. They say it's to bring more people to the window. Cool. Then have proper signage for the drive thru. I watched two women almost get into a fight because of this. Drove back around to the drive thru and was literally in the drive thru for 20min waiting. Got my coffee and it was LUKE WARM. which means it just sat there for awhile. Ridiculous. Money wasted. Will not ever come back and will make sure to spread the word.

I sat and watched him tell the girl he wasn’t doing it. Next time it’s another girl that looks over at me then skips me in line. I love Dutch bros but I will not come back to this location due to the unnecessary rudeness.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
