I tried to place my orders in the app, but my gift card wouldn't process on the app. They completed it at the widow and processed my gift card at the window. They were still able to service the cars behind me, which I think is great to meet customer demand and service. I would recommend Dutch Bros. I've been to 3 locations now and only had great experiences.

I go twice daily. Never have had a negative experience at any location. I've been a dutch customer since 2018. But this Nellis stand is my "home stand." Great workers. Everyone tries to make my day better. Total "DUTCH LUV" at this stand. My co-workers send me for "Dutch" regularly. Also, i send "Dutch" as gifts.

- TJTom Pippenger JrJan 17, 20262.0Don’t mobile order. This location is really bad at executing mobile orders. Order my drinks at home at 7:31 and the app said will be ready at 7:41. Arrive and have been sitting for 10 plus minutes and still no drink. Drive through was not busy so not sure what their problem is. Think I will go to Starbucks up the block because I know at least my mobile order will be done when it says. 7:55 and still no drink. 20+ minutes is to make a latte and chai. Ridiculous!!!!

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
