To the kind gentleman that was solo working on 01-21-2026 at the location of Aliente next to Flaming Restaurant… it was 10mins until closing and this person made my drink with such admiration and respect no complaints of time just pure professional hospitality and courtesy… they not only made my drink to perfection but with a smile and thank you and I wanted to tip him but he refused. Little does he know I will spend my next morning doing what he deserves is this review and calling his superiors to let them know what an amazing person they have working with them. Thank you kind soul for your patience’s and giving me hope there is still kindness out there…. I will diligently follow up to see if his management acknowledges his epicness. -Malo

The guy at the window said it’s not ready yet so I stood patiently by the window watching 15 people order at the window and receive their drinks. After 15 minutes go by I check in again & he hands me my drink that is not even hot anymore and my whipped cream completely melted into my drink. I am not one to write negative reviews but as someone who goes to Dutch consistently and tips most of the time, I’m very disappointed that this has been my experience more often lately.

The employees are nice and attentive, but it's definitely annoying when you place a mobile order twice in the same week and have to wait an additional 20 minutes for your order. It's not the staffs fault, they're great and I felt bad for them.

We took it back the gentleman was so apologetic and got us 8 hot cocoas right away! Of course they were delicious to say the least. Premium cocoas and premium customer service! We will be back!

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
