- ELErika LealDec 21, 20253.0Dutch bros is known for their great customer service and this one location is the first, in my experience, that wasn’t up to par. I’m disappointed at the way the rep chose to resolve their mishap. I ordered the golden eagle with whipped cream and when I pointed out the whipped was missing she chose to make her job easier instead of satisfying her customer. She took my cup and added a teaspoon of whipped cream instead of giving me a bigger cup to add the whipped cream and make it fit properly to make up for their mistake. Because when she handed me the drink it was over spilled and I had to get napkins and clean it up before placing it on my cup holder. I pay $8 to get the drink of my dreams not mediocrity! Hopefully they get it right next time.

My favorites are an Iced Golden Eagle and a sugar-free Iced Gummy Rebel ( The best kickstart to your day). Prices are so worth it for the size, and the rewards there actually add up (I earn free drinks regularly with the amount I consume). The only downside is the tight parking if you want to walk up. Love the energy and they definitely have me coming back! Overall, the energy, accuracy, and speed keep me coming back. A strong 4.6/5 and it would be an easy 5 if parking improved.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!

You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
