I asked for a peppermint mocha blended with 2 espresso shots and 3extra pumps of syrup. What I got yesterday didn't resemble and of that. I had to take it home and try to make it resemble something I could drink.

I ordered the Golden Eagle both hot and iced, and after tasting them, I completely understood the excitement. Seeing the long drive-thru lines at 2:00 p.m. only reinforced it—so much so that I went and bought more stock right after.

I am now at the window and guess what, they said it’s gonna be a minute to prepare my coffee which, by the way, wasn’t a mathematical equation like some people have to have their coffee. Just a simple hazelnut truffle and I had to wait while people behind me got their coffee. Then the immature little girl thought it was comical that I was bothered by watching the people behind me get their coffee. The weekend crew gets 1 star but the weekday crew gets 5 stars. I had to put up a review because I’ve yet to have a smooth experience on Saturdays but Monday through Friday they’re almost flawless.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
