    Man I hate doing this but after I saw the reviews I understand..this place is terrible lol not only do they not make the drinks right we were trapped in line for over 30 minutes making everyone late to work i literally saw 3 cars reversing out of the drive through what is going on? U dont hand make the donuts and coffee right then in there you drop it in a dam bag amd push a button..this place needs serious training its supposed to be "Fast Food" that's the reason for a drive through.

    Ordered breakfast sandwiches specially on croissants. Still received them on bagels. Every time I order from here they mess up the order. I’m giving up on this location. I call to speak to someone and no one will ever answer the phone at this location.

    I used to be a supervisor at Dunkin’ and it’s been a year since I’ve stopped by one. So I dropped by for a sick-day pickmeup. All I ordered was a sandwich, tell me why my bagel was RUBBERY and HARD?? I’m sick, so I won’t be driving all the way back to be argued with by some teenage girl (their service at the window was quick - but rude), but this is ridiculous. $8 and all I get to enjoy is the meat and a cold egg? I will not be returning.

    Not very friendly or helpful and They got our sandwich wrong. Coffee tasted kind of like it had been sitting all day. A Bit of a burnt taste

    I went to dunk today I ordered 3 donuts but the kid needs to learn how to put what donuts on the bottom and what donuts on the top . He put the Boston cream donut upside down in the bag the the glazed ones on top and when I said something he still put the Boston cream on the bottom and glazed on top so my Boston cream had no chocolate icing
