Because the General Manager decided they only need 1 person working the entire restaurant at 830am with 10 people waiting on line on a friday!! Wait time was soo long. He was working super hard.but people were getting upset waiting. Donuts were old dried out. Just not acceptable!! Restaurant was clean. The guy did a great job but I'm sure under paid and definitely over worked!

When I asked to cancel my order she said “I can’t do that because you used the kiosk, if I helped you here I could do it” What is the point of the kiosk if the items they are selling aren’t available AND the worker can’t figure out a refund option? Need better workers to make sure they mark items “out of stock” when needed so they don’t throw the blame on the machine when asking for a refund 😂.
