I have perspective that I get expect to get what I pay for. I knew I was paying a lot. But I didn’t get remotely what I paid for here. Not even close. $9.00 for a small bucket filled, half full, totaling 7 chipotle hashbrowns and $3.50 for a bag, again filled half full, totaling 5 hashbrowns. Yes you’re paying a premium for food in Downtown Las Vegas but this place is taking screwing you over and stealing your money to a whole new level. Go waste it at the slot machines and not here. You’ll be more satisfied, and ironically get more in return than this abomination of a Dunkin. I won’t be going back to any Dunkin after this horrible experience. Don’t let your day get ruined by this place, like they did mine: STAY AWAY.

Even worse, my friend politely asked for tap water to fill her drink bottle (in 30°C Vegas heat!), and the guy snapped and told her to go to the store behind us because “the manager won’t allow it.” Are you serious? In this heat, surrounded by drunk people, and you can’t spare a cup of water? This is disgusting customer service. Whoever was working today should be fired immediately – they clearly don’t know how to treat customers. I demand a full refund AND compensation – a gift card or bank transfer. You’ve lost my respect and probably a lot more customers if this is how you operate.
