- SKSamantha KumarDec 30, 20253.0My family visited this Dunkin' Donuts twice during our stay in Vegas. It's off-strip, approximately 6 mins from north-side casinos. The surrounding area isn't great but the store itself felt pretty safe and had plenty of parking. The vanilla lattes were very good and the breakfast sandwiches are decent, but they make a lot of mistakes. On our first visit only one medium latte was made (we ordered 2). Since one latte was ordered with oatmilk the label said MODIFY and whoever was prepping them thought they shouldn't make it? My husband received some sass when he asked about it but they became very friendly again upon realizing they messed up. Also, a turkey sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich was requested on a croissant (instead of English muffin) both trips and it was incorrectly on an English muffin both times. So, if you make any modifications prepare for it to not be accurate. On a positive note, we were given some extra donut holes once - the salted dark chocolate and blueberry were my favorites.

Needs serious improvement in service and food quality.

Employee with long hair pony tail works in slow motion, has a bad attitude, doesn’t acknowledge customers or the chaos that slow service creates for customers in restaurant. Store ran out of all sorts of things, ketchup etc. just poor overall service. Worst visit to a Dunkin ever for me.
