I asked the staff member for a little milk to dilute it, and she told me I would have to pay for the extra milk. But how is that fair if you make the coffee so strong that it’s impossible to drink? Why should I have to pay again? I paid $5.29 for a medium cup — why should I pay another $2.17 just to be able to enjoy my coffee? I asked the staff member why, when I order a latte, I get mostly steamed milk, but when I order a cappuccino, I get a drink so strong that it makes my heart jump out of my chest. There is absolutely no customer focus here. I do not recommend this place.

Once they closed the gates they didn’t clean the lobby, they cleaned behind the counter, locked up, and left leaving a dirty space. The seating area stays open even after their closing. The coffee was in point and the food was good but the hours are not ideal!

I waited 18minutes for my order.Also, employee handled cash at the checkout and then continued handling food and drinks without washing her hands or putting on gloves.
