I was in the area and gave it ago. One I had a lovely amount of thick coffee grounds towards the end of my cup. Just gross!!!! Coffee tasted great before I had a mouth full of coffee grounds. Poor customer service at this location. Just rude and lacking professionalism. I get it they don’t get the best pay but I didn’t tell you to apply. Where’s the good customer service nowadays??? Smh I will be taking my business and money else where!!! The dunkin a few blocks over on Maryland is a better choice!

I finally just went inside and ordered...then all the cars behind me started placing orders and being served ....won't be back

Thats how people get stuck in jobs like these. The workers here won't get far in life with work ethic as theirs. Insane, definitely made us feel like an inconvenience for going in there and ordering 3 glazed donuts. The girl they did sent us to help us named "Bella" was terrible, the whole staff was. Donut tyne has way better donuts anyway.
