  The food is bad. The hash browns were soggy, cold and disgusting. They only offered cream, no other options if you are lactose intolerant. Won’t be back.

  Food and service were great, but the prices here are too high. This Dunkin is more expensive than Starbucks.

  Your servers in the drive thru need to get some maner, I will give it one more time or go back to Starbucks two blocks away

  This location doesn’t deserve one star. I ordered a toasted bagel with butter and cream cheese. I received a bagel with cream cheese and butter thrown in the bag. I went back to the location and asked them if they could please toast it and put butter on it then cream cheese. I received a bagel with cream cheese and two lumps of butter on top. The manager, Lucas could care less about customer satisfaction, and more about being rude. I would never go to this location again.

  I specifically asked for Chocolate glazed donuts not chocolate iced donuts. I’m not sure why these young people they have working can’t learn correct but it’s very irritating when I’m spending money at a place that the 3 times I’ve been too since opening have made terrible drinks and can’t get donuts right. Whoever works drive thru also sounds like they don’t care for their job. If I come through here again and it happens again I’m just going to go to corporate, employees need to learn how to make drinks and learn the difference of donuts aswell. Very heated about this, one donut is cake and the other is dough some people don’t and can’t eat dough vice versa. If I have to check the bag everytime I go through y’all’s drive thru when there was only one only car, that’s terrible.
