- DDdissposeDec 26, 20251.0Heads up if you go to the Dunkin’ on El Capitan & Blue Diamond: they are cashless and only take cards. I placed my order, waited all the way to the window, pulled out cash, and was told they wouldn’t take it—no sign visible anywhere. The employee even argued with me since they’d already made the order. Very frustrating experience. Please post clear signs so customers don’t waste their time.

Why am I paying tip on a bellow average service anyway 🤔??? You guys just lost a constant costumer!

Should have a sweet flavor to it and I randomly get it correct or tastes like it was just heated bacon with no sugar seasoning or whatever they use. They don’t stir the coffee. They just put cream sugar in it and hand it to you so unless you ask for a stir stick, your coffee will taste plain until the sweetener starts to mix in so you can’t quite stir your hot cup of coffee while sitting in your car with nothing to use I would rather pay more money and get better consistency at Starbucks than not knowing what I’m gonna get here unfortunately and now they’re asking for tips through the card terminal, which is crazy it’s fast food. When did people start tipping fast food? What is a personal experience associated with that overall I would expect more from Dunkin’ Donuts.
