  Although it took a while for my online order to be ready, the staff were SO friendly. Even when I wasn’t inside the store anymore, I parked next to an employee and they were really nice and thanked me for choosing dominos. Thanks for all you guys do and the delicious pizza.

  UPDATE 2/11/26 received this email from corporate customer service today. So, turns out I was correct!! I wonder what excuse DYLAN and PIM will use the next time they decide to deny my orders. Now I have proof you were wrong… I’ll attach a picture of the email just to solidify that I am correct and always was. Ordered online through the app. I have ordered here MULTIPLE times. I tipped 9$ on a 50$ order and got a call from Dylan the shift manager telling me that the store was too far to deliver to us and we needed to order from the Durango store. Funny how the app says that this Is our store… and we’ve NEVER had an issue until today. He called the GM PIM who also said last week they made an exception.. funny since we order weekly and this is the first time we ordered at 11am instead of at night around 8-9pm. . It’s fine though.. you’ve forever lost a customer. I’ve attached 3 orders I’ve placed at your store that were all delivered without issue.. and a screen shot of the app showing you are in fact my store. So Dylan, and GM Pim I guess the real reason is y’all are to lazy to do your job. Got it.

  We order from here all the time and have always enjoyed our food. I’m leaving this review specifically for our experience on New Year’s Eve. They had a full staff of wonderful employees working so well together to get out a large amount of takeout orders. Everyone was so friendly, worked well under pressure, and kept each other motivated. They were quite the vibe! For everyone that worked that night, you guys were awesome, thank you!

  Was walking inside to get my pick up order. As I’m walking one of the very tall drivers who wears a black mask was disgustingly pulling out a vape out of his pants and saw him hit it as he’s walking literally in the parking lot back into the store. Before he went inside he put it back in his pocket clearly doesn’t care who sees it…. As I went inside I watched to see if he would atleast wash his hands and not surprised but he didn’t. Honestly disgusting how some of the workers here just don’t care and will vape/smoke even in their uniforms in front of customers. Don’t even wash hands after just disgusting environment and don’t even know why they’re still allowed to be working there. The head manager seriously needs to do a better job at watching his employees because this is not ok and I know this probably isn’t the first time this specific driver has done this. Do better dominos.
