After checking the tracker at 7:30 PM the order was still in prep since 7:10 pm. I waited over an hour before I decided to check in store. Upon asking for an update they told us our order would be ready in 5 mins. After waiting I decided to ask and they told us to wait another 5 mins . After asking a third time for an update they told us that our pizzas were lost and to give them 15 more mins . We decided to cancel the order after everything . Worst experience with domino’s ever!

First thing was I ordered online for carside delivery and I ended up waiting 10 minutes before I had to go inside and pick it up myself after seeing the order was ready. Then when I went inside my order was incorrect. I overheard another customer asking about extra cheese on the pizza she ordered the employee straight ignored her and had his headphones in. The customer service is poor and the general manager needs to quickly retrain the employees on not having headphones in and ensuring proper orders are completed and delivered correctly before becoming relaxed with the standards and listening to music. The employees aren’t focused and this location needs major work.
