I made the guy who go my pizza aware they still Had someone on hold for 30 min with no urgency to get back to the phone it looked at it and I said it’s me. Customer service is horrible everytime I have called into this specific location. Do better or don’t answer the phone four bust or can’t multi task

I called in an order for delivery, but then changed my mind to pick up due to the time difference and she was annoyed. Since I realized she was annoyed, I said thank you so much and I appreciate you with my mind changing and she hung up on me. Wow!! I couldn’t believe it. So, I then proceeded with canceling the order as I didn’t want to patron a rude establishment. Hopefully, dominos corporation will put some thought into customer service training.

The cheese pizza was so incredibly doughy, it was raw like, no sauce. How do you get away with serving food this way. There isn't anywhere to upload a photo. I would be happy to post it.
