Then they wait until I'm there to pick up and pay for my pizza to tell me my card and address has been banned for fraud. Manager would not help and when I finally get a number you can't even talk to someone to get the problem resolved

The garlic bread never arrives properly cooked; it's always almost raw. And today I ordered using my reward points and asked for a steak sandwich, but I didn't see any steak at all. Instead, it was full of green bell peppers, mushrooms, and melted cheese, but no steak whatsoever. It's very frustrating to order something and not receive what you asked for. I'm going to go to the restaurant and file a complaint because a steak sandwich should have steak in it, and the salad shouldn't look like something you'd buy at a market or a 7-Eleven. I'm going to complain about everything, especially the steak sandwich.
