We called and some young girl picked up the phone saying “it was delivered at your neighbours house” and we checked and it wasn’t. Then she said “this is not our problem” and hung up the phone. My husband called again, very unfriendly, rude attitude like zero customer service. She said “we must’ve put in the wrong address” and my husband said well I’d like to have my order and she said “well If your neighbors stole your pizza not our problem” - on top of other rude things that came from her. Didn’t get a refund nothing. Def not ordering from there again that’s for sure.
