  This location will end up going out of business. First the website will tell you that the food will be delivered in 27-40 minutes. Then after 75 minutes when you call, the employees will have an attitude. Then after 90 minutes your food will finally arrive, ice cold, and the driver will apologize and tell you he's the only driver and he's been on the road with your food for over an hour. Then they will tell you over the phone that if you order again you will have to wait another 90 minutes, they can't prioritize, and your food will probably be cold again. Then when you call pizza Hut after all the frustration, they deliver your food in 30 minutes like they say they will.

  Terrible just got food poisoning. I don’t care that I got a refund your store and staff are always terrible as I’m writing this review they have 3.4 stars and dropping.DONT EAT THE BACON

  Ordered two pizzas, driver called bc he couldn't find our apartment, so I gave him our exact address. He said he'd be there in 2-3 mins. After 10 mins still nothing, so I called him. Twice. No answer. Texted him. Still no answer. So I called the store. The guy told me our order had been canceled bc the driver called to get directions and I wouldn't answer. I told him that was a complete lie and that I DID answer and gave him complete directions. His response was that my order was canceled and I'd get my money back within 24 hrs. I said that was unacceptable and that I wanted my pizzas. He answered in a rude and condescending voice that I would have to reorder and that there was a two hour wait. Then hung up on me. I IMMEDIATELY called back and asked for a manager. Same guy said HE was a manager and his name was Jonathan. I asked him if this was his idea of customer service after your employee, Ricardo, lied to you and screwed up the delivery? He SCREAMED in my ear saying "contact corporate! Contact corporate! Bye! Bye! Bye! Bye!" screaming over me as I tried to tell him he was rude and this was unacceptable. I have ordered from this location DOZENS of times and never had a problem until tonight. I have NEVER had a manager at ANY business treat me so rudely! I will NEVER order from there again! Be forewarned. DO NOT ORDER from this location if you ever want your food!

  I came in with my boyfriend when he placed an order and this poor pregnant girl totally just got put in such a dangerous situation by a random customer running behind the counter and no one seemed to care or help her. This store and area is beyond ridiculous. I hope she’s okay that was so unfair and the guys that were in the store didn’t even try to do anything.

  So it’s took them over an hour to deliver my food when I called the manager was very rude just talking about. I’ll just cancel your order. He’s just gonna cancel my order then he’s like I told him I said I’m not gonna pay $25 for this due to the fact that your driver is taking forever. He’s like you just refund your money and credit next time never again I’m not going back to the store.
