  Stopped by this Domino’s during peak rush hour, and I’ve got to give major credit to Kevin and his team. The place was packed and the pressure was clearly on, but Kevin stayed cool and calm the entire time. Instead of rushing orders just to get them out the door, he made sure everything was done right — and you could see his team following his lead. Good customer service takes patience, and Kevin showed exactly that. I honestly wish Las Vegas had more people like him. Kudos to Kevin and the whole crew for handling a hectic rush with professionalism and care.

  Yesterday I bought pizza for the second time at this place. To be honest, I've bought from several establishments, but so far this is the best. The only downside is that the app doesn't allow you to add extra garlic powder to the rim, which I think gives it a great taste.

  I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Domino’s location. I went in to pick up an order for myself and my children and witnessed a serious food-handling issue. When I arrived, another customer was holding my pizza (which I did not realize at the time) and informed the employee that he had received the wrong order. The employee went to retrieve the correct order for that customer. While assisting me afterward, I noticed the employee attempted to hand me the same pizza that had already been given to the other customer. I immediately requested that my order be remade, as I was not comfortable accepting food that had already been in someone else’s possession. When I returned to pick up the “remade” order, I am confident it was not freshly prepared. The pizza was cold and clearly not fresh, leading me to believe the same pizza was simply given back to me. I have been a loyal customer and have ordered from this location consistently in the past. However, this experience demonstrated a lack of basic food safety and customer care. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

  Delivery guy delivered to the wrong apartment after calling me to ask what apartment number and I told him. Then lied to his boss and told him I refused to give him my address so he left it on the bottom of the stairs, as if that makes more sense than taking it back. The manager shrugged me off like his employee could do no wrong! This makes me so angry because I did tell him my apartment number twice, and when I tried to call him back several times he did not answer. Now I have to wait 2-4 days for a refund and that was the last I had to feed my kids! Don’t go to this dominoes, if they are treating customers like this then the inside probably has roaches. Pizza Hut is better and actually has people who know what their doing

  This place is horrible. Do not order from them. Too many other options to use. Customer service is horrible.
