Then, say they can make, but now it will be late and they wouldn’t do anything about that. In the meantime, my card was charged (from the original order that ‘couldn’t be found’). An employee showed up to my residence with the pizza claiming it wasn’t paid for and wouldn’t give me the pizza unless I paid. I paid cash so I could get the pizza, although it was now late, and was told it would be refunded. I have called twice now and employees keep saying it was refunded although it is not back in my account, but the employees can’t tell me where it was refunded to or on what date … quite questionable.
