  My pizza got delivered by store staff and yet, when I open the box it looks like this. It also did not taste great compared to the last times I ordered from them it was a bit better. This location is a hit or miss. Ive had a few problems in the past with them when making pickup orders too. Twice where they said they didnt see my pickup order and I had to wait additional minutes even though the app said it was placed and ready.

  cheese is not adequate and they never put enough on pieces when you order extra cheese they still don’t give you

  This is the 3rd time I've experienced this. So I'll tell you about tonight's experience now that I know it's not just a isolated incident. Pulled up to the store in my car. Checked the app for deals, and put in my app order at 6:22pm. Boom! Done! PizzaTracker says it will be done at 6:45pm. Went for snacks next door, threw them in the car. Then went and sat down inside Domino's to wait for my pie. (6:30pm) Inside I watched the definition of poor management and poor customer service. Customer after customer came in expecting their pizza on the time line provided by the tracker. Only to find out thier pizza hadn't even been started yet. Frustrated, standing, waiting. They got only excuses. So I knew what I was going to get as well... Not only was Domino's not living up to their end, they didn't even offer the customers a free drink or water while they waited past their expected pickup times. I sat patiently sitting watching, smiling. Knowing better than to say anything negative to the people making my food. I watched as the app kept extending out the finish time for my order.. 6:45...6:55...7:05....finally at 7:15! It said it was done. Well? It came out and was placed on the counter unannounced. Sitting. Without even trying to determine who it was for. Finally I spoke up. "Hey the app says it's done, where is it? Oh sorry... It's right here. If I had not said anything, it would have gone cold. I regret not going to Blaze as I normally do. Not coming back! Don't expect timely work or professionalism here. ***By the way, this was a Thursday night. Not even during the weekend rush. I attached time stamped receipts.
