Best dining experience I’ve had in Vegas. Outstanding food, a fun and distinctive atmosphere, and genuinely top-tier service. We ran into an issue making a reservation because of phone trouble, but Ross and Morgan stepped in and had us seated almost immediately. Their hospitality set the tone for the entire night. An easy 10/10 and a must-visit for anyone coming to Vegas.

I can’t say enough good things about Diner Ross. Our bartender/server, Claudia, made the experience genuinely amazing. The level of service and attention she gave us was unreal, and the food was on another level. Easily some of the best food and service I’ve ever had.
We arrived late to our reservation and the entire staff was nothing but kind and accommodating. No stress, no rushing, just great energy and hospitality from start to finish. Claudia even came all the way around from behind the bar to take photos of me and my girlfriend, which honestly says everything about how much she cared about making the night special.
I really can’t recommend this place enough and that’s coming from someone who never writes reviews. Diner Ross turned a late arrival into an incredible night. We’ll definitely be back. 🍽️✨

Such a great place! The atmosphere is totally 70's steakhouse with some quirky things thrown in. We had an amazing appetizer in Bon Marrow Bites and the Popovers are to die for. My husband ordered the Bone In Filet and I ordered the Filet. Both were amazing and cooked to perfection. Our sides were the Whipped Potatoes and the Creamed Spinach. We didnt really save room for desert, but we ordered it anyway! The Marshamallow Brownie was made table side and was amazing, but we had to take the majority with us. It was a fun experience and a great meal. PS: watch out for the ROUS, they sometimes break out into song. 😆

This is our favourite little hidden gem in Vegas! We've visited twice on our last two trips. Had excellent service every time. Delicious food and drinks - you have to try the Miami Vice (heads up it's not your Caribbean resort style Miami Vice, it's an actual cocktail and 1000x better). Wait staff and bartenders are friendly. This is and will remain a usual spot for us on our trips into Vegas. Highly recommend.

Dinner at Diner Ross Steakhouse was mostly a very good experience, with a few notable hiccups. I ordered the 14-ounce ribeye, but it was cooked incorrectly the first time. Unfortunately, instead of bringing out a new steak, they re-cooked the same one. I didn’t appreciate that approach, as a fresh steak should have been the standard response. That said, once corrected, it still tasted good and was ultimately enjoyable.
The potato purée was quite good—smooth, flavorful, and well executed. The macaroni and cheese, however, was not. This may sound unusual, but the flavor immediately reminded us of a very specific smell we had just experienced earlier that evening. We had come directly from the Zak Bagans Haunted Museum and had walked through the Ed Gein room. The smell in that room is very distinct and is similar to the artificial “cooked flesh” scent used in some Universal Hollywood Horror Nights mazes. Unfortunately, the macaroni and cheese tasted exactly like that smell. I’ll spare the details of what Ed Gein did in that room, but the association was impossible to ignore.
I explained this to our waiter, who was extremely understanding and professional. Since the mac and cheese was mostly untouched, he kindly removed it from our bill without hesitation. The staff overall was super friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made a big difference in the experience.
Because of the strong service, unique 70's New York vibe, and the solid execution on most items, I would rate Diner Ross Steakhouse a solid 4 to 4.5 stars. With a bit more consistency in the kitchen, this place could easily be excellent.
