  We have eaten at Del Frisco’s many times but, unfortunately tonight fell very short! We ordered the 32oz Tomahawk with some sides. The steak came out raw, a far cry from the medium we ordered. The steak was cut into strips so it was very evident it was raw. We sent it back and it came back with one side of the strips still raw! The waiter was wrong about how the mushrooms were cooked and what they were cooked in. Took over 20 minutes to get our check and he knew we had to leave for other plans. The wife and I didn’t eat much of the under cooked steak and we were offered a cheap dessert to compensate for the $150 steak they ruined. Honestly not sure if we will ever return. Very disappointed!

  This is a very attractive restaurant with good food. But be warned: they will not provide separate checks for four to six people at a table, e.g. two or three couples. They have computerized cash registers, ordering, and bills. Yet the server will neither prepare separate checks nor group order items on the bill. This is totally unacceptable. I have never experienced this at a restaurant since moving 9 years ago to Vegas. The other Landry's restaurants offer separate checks. As a result, we will not return to Del Frisco’s.

  To start we had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. Great food and service. There is very low light in the place and I didn’t see that the tip was already included. I added a tip and left. Once I realized I had left double gratuity I called the restaurant and the manager found my reservation and said he would credit back my card. It was not an insignificant amount and this was a business dinner and I can’t expense the extra charge. It’s been a week now and he hasn’t credited my card and will not call me back. I’ve left multiple messages. Very disappointed with the shady manager and my wasted time trying to get this right. I’d welcome them to reach out to make this right. AJ

  Del Frisco’s really went all out for us. We had a team meeting there and showed up late as we were working prior to this. We didn’t order our food til about 15 mins before they closed and they allowed us to stay and eat even though they weren’t technically open. They still served us drinks and never treated us different. Food was 10/10 as normal and service was subpar!

  There was a party of 9 of us and most of the steaks were cooked as asked, save one that was overdone. One steak was served way later after everyone was half way through eating. Most of my issue is with our server. She was pleasant but got all of our orders mixed up. Wrong steaks with half of us, sides all mixed up, wrong sized steaks...it was awful. It took a long time to sort things out and then find out we were missing a dinner. If your waitress is getting tipped over $300 that shouldn't happen. The dinners, while delicious, are not enough to bring us back. I should mention they tried to make up the poor service with 1 free drink and 2 free desserts but with the expectations of this restraurant it wasn't enough to keep our business.
