    For a restaurant that markets itself as a high-end steakhouse, Del Frisco’s in Las Vegas delivered shockingly poor service. When we arrived, the dining room was nearly empty — maybe two tables occupied — yet we were seated and promptly forgotten. We received water right away, and then… nothing. No greeting, no drink order, no explanation. After 35 minutes of sitting there like invisible guests, my wife finally had to get up and ask the front staff where our server was. That should never happen at any restaurant, let alone one charging premium prices. The food, when it finally arrived, was fine — nothing memorable, nothing worthy of the price tag. But at this level, food alone isn’t enough. Service is supposed to be seamless, attentive, and professional. Instead, it was careless and embarrassing. If you’re going to charge steakhouse prices, you need to deliver steakhouse service. Del Frisco’s failed badly on that front. Plenty of better options in Vegas that actually respect their guests’ time and money.

    Very elegant dining. Food is absolutely delicious. My only complaint is the lighting is very dim making it hard to see the menu.
