  This location is very similar to other Dave and busters locations. No complaints on the atmosphere or game selections. Unfortunately our latest experience with several staff members was a disappointment. More than a few of the servers were not interested in accommodating our family for some reason and were very bothered by any of our requests. We were missing food on our order and it was basically shrugged off. Another staff member told us we had to throw our trash away by the restroom (halfway across the location). It was a really bizarre experience. You would think these people working for tips would want you to have an enjoyable visit. I would not recommend dining in just for the service alone.

  Everything great except for the service in the restaurant. First an employee told us to seat ourselves “anywhere” then flagged us down when we started to sit to tell us “not in that section”. Then we were confused because there were table signs that said to “see host” for seating, we looked around and it wasn’t clear who to see. I went and found someone near the bar and he explained they’d forgotten to remove those table signs from the night before. He seated us promptly and the server’s initial contact with us was good but downhill from there. Waited about 15 minutes before got our drinks (it was about 3pm and not busy). Food arrived in a timely fashion but no follow up after that. We kept looking around, hoping to catch someone’s attention to order drink refills as well as order dessert. Attitudes of server’s was just flat - certainly not rude but very unenthusiastic. Flavor of all our dishes were excellent and beers icy cold. Played games after our meal and that’s always fun.

  The food has really improved since the last time I was here. It's bar food but not bar food quality. The fish and chips was fresh and fried to perfection. Our server Shaun was really helpful in explaining how the power cards work with the menu items. All in all a pleasant experience.

  Stopped in while at the mall. Party of three, we each ordered and waited. Wife was first in getting her order. 5 minutes later my sons chicken fingers came out. 5 minutes later, my chicked caesar came out. Food was meh, my sons chicken fingers were small and over cooked. My chicken caesar, was loaded with dressing. Every bit was a mouthfull of dressing, way to much. The chicken part was not very good either. Not bad, but not good

  I came to the restaurant for a company event. While the food was edible, the ribs were very tough and dry. They were almost jerky and the only flavor came from the barbecue sauce. The atmosphere was great. Really fun and, even though it was crowded, you didn't FEEL crowded or like people were in your personal space. Also, if you want to play games, you can play for quite awhile without using up all of your tokens. The only thing I really didn't like was the fact that one of the waitresses was a little rude to my kids. They asked her where the bathroom was and her response was very condescending. I think she thought they weren't a part of our company event, but regardless, that's no excuse to be rude to customers, ESPECIALLY children. Other than the ribs and ONE waitress, my family and I really enjoyed ourselves. We'll likely come back, but, hopefully, we'll change our order!
