Im a former DQ General Manager and I highly respect an active operator/management team finding ways to make it right for customers or if unable to, at least to explain the reasons why things weren't right during their visit/experience. I never have met this owner (I know/worked with most of the owners in vegas), but just wanted to say kudos! I've stopped by your shop a few times and although its a bit outdated decor wise, its still seems like a decent location. Thats all!
