I call thinking they would help but instead tell me they tell me it was a new girl in training so yea sorry. When I asked why I get charged for something I didnt get? they tell me there was nothing they could do call the main boss on Friday or sat if I wanted. Then I ask for a name and get told by the so called manager that she can't provide it! I get they hire young people but they should teach them better or hand out name badges or something. I might not have gotten a refund from them or anything but thats one of the benefits of using your card when making purchases.
