The employee working the counter was wearing sunglasses at night, had a hood pulled up, and the smell of marijuana was extremely strong. It created an unprofessional and uncomfortable atmosphere, and it definitely didn’t feel like a place that takes customer service seriously. I expect better standards from any business, especially one serving ice cream.
