Davisha Smith took order great personality, greeted & courteous. But my complaint was ... I ordered a large cone, which didn't look like a large, more like a small on a big cone. I asked Davisha & she said that was a large. I've been to other places & definitely was not. Didn't argue about it, but will NEVER order from there again. Also, I ordered a large mint oreo, again large ice cream, but when she handed it over more like ... a medium. I don't know, if they are cutting back & being cheap or the employees don't know how to serve it. But whatever it is, Corporate NEEDS to drop in without them knowing they are arriving because location is starting to look disgusting & serving is getting smaller & smaller. Customers will eventually look elsewhere & there won't be Dairy Queen.

Every year, we order the same traditional Dairy Queen ice cream cake from this location for my husband’s birthday and my nephew’s birthday. I am also a lifelong Dairy Queen ice cream cake customer and have purchased this exact cake in multiple states, so I know exactly what to expect: vanilla and chocolate ice cream with the cookie crumble and fudge center.
For birthdays, I typically request writing on the cake in advance unless I’m unable to reach anyone by phone and can’t physically make it into the store. Unfortunately, that was the case this time. I called several days in advance, which will be reflected in my call history. On one occasion, someone did answer, but the employee stated she couldn’t hear me and asked me to call back. After that, no one answered the phone again. Because of this, we had to go out of our way to come into the store to place the order in person.
The outcome was unacceptable.
The cake was priced at $47, significantly higher than expected. The writing was poorly done and not centered, and the “J” in James looked more like a cursive “L.” Even worse, the inside of the cake contained a hard shell chocolate layer that wasn’t spread evenly. The traditional Dairy Queen ice cream cake does not contain hard shell, this can be confirmed by Dairy Queen’s own description of the product.
The cake was so poorly made that we ended up throwing it away.
I have been trying for days to contact a supervisor to address this issue, but no one has answered the phone since I began calling to complain. This situation needs to be addressed, both in terms of product quality and the complete lack of customer support.

Always quick and friendly service. Drive thru is quick not like other places when you get stuck for 15+ minutes.
