  I ordered and paid for food. What they handed to me was incorrect. The first time they did this a couple months ago they corrected it. The food was not that great. This time they didnt even care so they just watched me walk out. Joes NY slice over on Paradise would be a good substitute. At least the pizza tastes better. Now I know why this place was quiet and empty. The food and service are equally poor.

  Gave name for order, and apparently the Spanish name offended the cashier and he said “DONT WORRY, I WONT CALL ICE.” Who in their right mind says that? Especially in this political climate. Will not be going back and will tell everyone I know to forget this place. Shame on Cuginos. This was my favorite pizza place until today.

  THIS IS THE BEST PIZZA IN THE VALLEY NO QUESTIONS ASKED! Pete (the owner) is passionate about what he does, he's got the pizza making down to a science! Nothing better here in Vegas, Every slice is a tribute to New York. If you're not eating Cugino's You're missing out!

  I see someone 3 days before mine had a similar experience..... incredibly rude person taking orders. Verbally abusive to the cook on pizza, rude to customers, etc. He was noticeably busy but I would have been able to see that without the circus put on. I'll be back because the food is great but whoever was taking orders on 2/14 around 6pm should not be in that position.

  I've eaten here several times and liked it, but today I was treated horribly by a fellow I believe is the owner. I ordered the Tuna Melt off of the "Hot Sandwich Menu" and waited over 20 minutes for it. When it came, it was a cold sandwich with no cheese. When I brought it up to the owner, he said, "Well you didn't ask for it hot." I replied that it is a Tuna MELT off of the HOT Sandwich menu, and then he got really upset and told me that I was rude. I didn't mean to be, but then I asked for a refund, and his behavior after that point was angry and abusive. I'll never go back. He did refund my money after I left. Maybe he's just having a bad day, but I won't be treated like that by anyone.
