Not my first time eating at this franchise. However this location was the worst experience of them all. I asked to speak to the owner because of the quality of the food. My son and I both all you can eat $28 and left majority of the food uneaten. Shrimp was very over cooked the corn too, but the potatoes were undercooked.
I wasn’t looking for a free meal, but a small discount would have been respectable. The owner was busy, I guess so the lead cook said they can’t offer a discount only to remake the food. But after already sending multiple items back to the kitchen. I didn’t want anything else from here.
Don’t waist your money at this location.

the old manager at this location was terrible. when i came in i saw him and he didn't sit me i had to wait for someone else to get sat. he was rude to customers that had drinks from a different store. he also wasn't doing anything when i there most of the time i was there he was on his phone not helping his coworkers. he would stand in one or two places and he just looks at customers with a rude face.

Horrible service, the all you can it is a rip off. They would lag so much and you would get an hour every hour and half. So, by that time you are not hungry no more. I honestly feel robbed. Only got 10 dollars off the bill. Not worth it go to a buffet instead!

Prices are deceiving, it's AYCE but you get penalized if you don't finish it. The rules" were explained but kind of silly. Like I couldn't "share" my sides. Limited King Crab, that's why we went. Some of the meat was (missing) from inside the legs once we worked the shell off and honestly they could have provided better tools to eat with. You basically get scissors with a cracking device on it but you need the little forks or something to dig the meat.out of the cluster. Very difficult with slippery plastic gloves. Overall impression, the place was busy, probably by locals. We should have read the reviews.

We found this on Instagram and we went to enjoy their all you can eat seafood. Once we arrived, the menu was super confusing. They had two different all-you-can-eat menus. When you hear all you can eat you think it’s one charge. That was not the case here. If you want all you can eat lobster and crab. You paid a set fee for one piece of each. If you wanted more, you had to pay every time you got that delivery.
The food was good.
I received the boil bag before the rest of our party. It took 20 minutes extra for everybody to finally get served.
We probably won’t go back because of the pricing structure, but the food was worth the one visit.
