Waiter convinced me to get mild after I explained im not good with spicy. She assured us it can be fixed by changing the sauce. I attempted to bear the spicy sauce. And couldn't, when I told the waiter she gave me a different sauce but the food has been drenched in the spicy sauce so it didnt fix it. I gave up as seafood is my favorite but spicy is a hard no for me! They offered $10 off and I explained this was unacceptable because I cant eat it. By the time the waiter returned she stated my meal was removed from the bill. I was grateful until I asked for the menu to order something else and was told the kitchen is closed. I came as I lefted HUNGRY. I didnt leave because my family was otherwise still eating! Didn't even realize afterwards they removed the food from my table so even if I wanted to eat the food despite the spicy I couldn't. PETTY

Its started off as a great start but turned wild fast! So we ordered the food the sever i guess put it in wrong!. The food runner told me i was lying about what i put in my bag! They said it was fresh, but seafood has a 7 min life! Food came back cold! Qing came out in a flavor i didn’t ask for at all. As a bar manager.. Not one manager came to touch my table or anything he just kept looking lost in the sauce! One of the servers must of noticed that something was wrong and she asked I told her she fixed it! She need to be at a higher level cause she gets it! Her name was trish i believe! This place need more training in customer service and team work! I understand the the server was her second day! But as a manager she was supposed to handle it accordingly owe and we never got a table set up! Like lemon, ketchup or anything

Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing. The portion sizes were not as advertised — the eggs were extremely small, and the shrimp was poor in quality and taste. What made the situation worse was that the meal did not match what was shown or described, which felt like false advertising. To add to that, when I expressed that I did not want to eat the food due to the quality, the waiter attempted to pressure me into eating it and said I would still have to pay an additional $20. That response was unprofessional and uncomfortable. Overall, this was not a good dining experience, and I would not recommend this restaurant based on my visit.

There was a wait but well worth it. Wait time was about 15 minutes. Our host/ waitress was awesome. Her name is Lala, we told her we were from out of state, our first time there. She knew the whole selling shabang. She was polite and informative. She suggested we get the wings since it is part of the deal. Let me tell you I tried to find good fried chicken while there, finally found them there. They were the best, Eve better than here in Wisconsin. You will smell like seafood when you leave but trust me the food was worth it. Most seafood boils have that overwhelming garlic too it but theirs didn't, the sauce wasn't even oily. You have 90 minutes to eat all you can, but if there's leftovers you will be charged 20$ and can't take the leftovers with you if you get the all you can eat. Yes I will go back when I visit Vegas again. Chinatown location. Thank you Lala , you were the best.

My friend and I tried the AYCE + Crabs + Lobster. The atmosphere was casual, and the host was friendly. The price was very affordable for an AYCE seafood option in Las Vegas. But would I come back? No. Here’s why: 1) Seafood quality (not fresh) For our first bag, we chose the Crab & Spice sauce. The shrimp and mussels were fresh and enjoyable, but the lobster and crab legs tasted off. Because of this, we ordered our second bag without sauce to better assess the seafood quality. Unfortunately, this confirmed our concern. Without the heavy sauce, it was clear that the lobster and crab legs were not fresh. The texture was rubbery, and the meat did not come out cleanly. It tasted like it had been stored for several days. Overall, it was not good. 2) Service was mediocre and inattentive With a 90-minute time limit, we tried to make the most of the experience. However, service was slow and not attentive. There were no refills unless we specifically asked, and the second bag of seafood took a long time to arrive as well. Luckily, the seafood quality was poor, so we did not order a third bag. 3) Overcharging customers When we arrived, the host told us the AYCE special was $27.99, discounted from the regular price of $38.99. However, when we received the bill, we were charged $38.99 per person, plus add-ons. At first, I thought this was a one-time mistake. But when the server returned with another bill—clearly belonging to a different table—we noticed they were also charged $38.99. Had I not carefully checked our bill, we would have been overcharged. This left a very bad impression. 4) Tip adjustment without authorization Because of the issues above, we decided to tip 15% instead of the suggested 18%, which we felt was fair. I always keep my receipts. When I later checked my credit card statement, I noticed the tip had been adjusted to 18%, despite the receipt clearly showing the amount I wrote. This is a serious issue, and I am not convinced it is legal. Given the earlier overcharging problem, this was unfortunately not surprising. As a result, I lowered my rating to 2 stars. I will now need to dispute the charge with my credit card company and may file a complaint with Nevada Consumer Affairs (NCA).
