I watched cars pull in drive-thru, get help and drive off. Watched people walk in lobby wait in line and leave. I saw five employees mostly standing around and asked if they could help get my order. She said they cant the mobile orders are handled in the order they come in. So when the one guy does only mobile everyone else stands around. Waste of time I had to cancel the order.

I definitely feel like I was taken advantage for my money. I got double chicken and the portion was the same size as if I went in and placed my order. Also can you tell me why I have overcooked chicken right when the store opens? Is it the left over chicken from the previous day. I will try this location again but definitely not online........
