- KEkoorosh edalatiDec 29, 20251.0Today I visited the Chipotle located at 4332 W Cactus Ave, Enterprise, NV 89141, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this chain. I ordered a bowl and chose each ingredient myself. When I asked for brown rice, the container was almost empty. The same thing happened with the beef and the black beans — all nearly empty. Instead of waiting for fresh food to be brought out from the kitchen, the employee scraped the leftovers from the bottom of the containers and put them into my bowl. This is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and shows a lack of respect for customers. For the prices Chipotle charges, serving leftovers like this should never happen. I strongly do not recommend ordering from this location and suggest people avoid it until they improve both food quality and service.

I walked in to pick up my mobile order and went to the pickup counter and there was only one bag there, but it didn’t have a tag on it. Naturally, I asked an employee if it was mine. Instead of responding or acknowledging me, he just stared at me, walked over, picked up a label off the floor, and aggressively slapped it onto the bag without saying a single word. I’m not sure why the label wasn’t already attached or why I was treated like I had done something wrong for asking. It’s not unreasonable to expect that the name tag be secured to the bag, and customers shouldn’t be made to feel like an inconvenience for clarifying their order. The interaction was rude, unprofessional, and honestly unnecessary. This experience and the other reviews posted about this location, made me certain I’ll never return there.
