I ordered two kids meals and the server noticed there were no small tortillas. This is when, who I assume was the manager, said to just use a large one, assuming they were just going to split it. I proceeded to order the kids sides and my salad. When we got to check out the server brought out the kids chips at which point the manager said to put them away and to charge me just for the large quesadilla. I told her I did not want that and wanted the two kids meals, at which point she sarcastically said, “well I told you we were out of the small tortillas.” I told her I was fine splitting the one but that my girls wanted the sides and the drink. She said she wouldn’t do that. I asked all this over a tortilla? And she said again that she would not do the kids meals because of the size of the tortilla. I then told her that this was ridiculous and that I couldn’t believe she would do all this over a tortilla and to cancel my whole order. As I walked out I saw them toss everything I ordered in the trash. So Chipotle basically lost out on way more money and ingredients over 1 single tortilla. Hopefully this person learns better customer service and that a single tortilla isn’t worth it.

I’ve been to this location many of times and this time when I asked for more of rice, beans, and chicken, she said that this is the regular size and if she did get more , I’d get charged. If it was a regular size I wouldn’t be asking for more !!!! $12 for half of what I normally get, you guys are wasting my time AND money now. Don’t come to this location!
