  Id give this place 0 stars if I could because everytime I come here, they want to be so stingy with the food portions. Why am I paying $15 for food portions only fit to feed a infant child? In this economy? Youre actually funny. So best believe when the line worker gave me not even a palm sized amount of meat on top of barley enough rice to even cover the bottom of my bowl, I just walked out. This location specifically is such a joke.

  I just got food from here. Had to throw it away. The rice was not cooked even the slightest disgusting! Not to mention my food was a bowl when it was supposed to be a burrito. There's 23 dollars in the trash because I didn't want to be that person who complains twice 😆. Service was fine they didn't seem annoyed when I told them my mobile order was wrong.

  By far, the absolute worst customer service out of any place I’ve ever been in all of Las Vegas the to go station. Do not order your food online for pick up horrendous food all over-the-counter stuff everywhere I arrive five minutes after my time to pick up my food no food is ready. The counter girl doesn’t know what’s happening. Says they’re making it the boy that’s making food in the other line says oh we don’t have any at all at all anywhere in the store and then offers me steak goes to make it then puts it all back and starts helping the line so I asked the girl a question. I don’t know I’m new you gotta talk to my manager who comes around the corner looking like he’s barely 17 years old. He did the best he could do. Told me my food would be ready under five minutes 15 minutes later Finally I have my food and I’m leaving so I was supposed to pick my food up at 5:30 at 6 o’clock I’m just now getting to leave and go back home that is crazy to me for us to go order that I put in at 5:10 PM
