But tonight I just wanted a basic Chipotle chicken burrito for old time's sake - normal around of meat, rice, beans, corn, pico and sour cream. Easy... Worst wrapped burrito ever! I don't know what the young lady did to it, but it was falling apart the entire time. Needed two layers of foil for some reason because I guess it was leaking everywhere? Didn't want to touch with my bare hands. All the sour cream sat at the bottom - pretty wet and plain, falling apart all over the place, no sour cream then overwhelming sour cream at the end. Bleh. Waste of a treat. Please practice wrapping your burritos. They're supposed to be easy to eat (kind of the point). Store rocks otherwise. First really negative experience

The employee taking my order was very rude, disrespectful, and condescending throughout our entire interaction. When I asked her a SIMPLE question, she immediately barked, "Lady, you're stressing me out!" Then she asked a co-worker to explain her answer, and perhaps I would understand. (This went back and forth for a while and only got worse.) When giving me my change, she tossed it into my hand!! I have been a human resources and recruiting manager for many years and CANNOT understand why anyone would hire (or retain) someone so blatantly unprofessional??? (The unfortunate thing is, she acted as if she had the authority to behave in such a way.) When I asked to speak to the manager, she stated he wasn't there. I asked her for her name, but she and her coworker said they are not allowed to give out their names, even though it's on the receipt. I was a frequent visitor to this location and have always had a pleasant experience, especially with the manager. (I am sometimes there when the restaurant opens at 10:30.) As an HR professional, I strongly believe that every customer should receive the best possible experience at any establishment. Unfortunately, my last visit missed the mark.
