  Probably THE WORST FOOD EVER!!!! NOTHING like the commercial. And EXTREEMLY EXPENSIVE! $40 for just myself w delivery CHARGE. Why do places charge for delivery of their food when im supporting their business by buying from them . It doesn't even go to the driver's, but make for less tips. This food was TERRIBLE !!! TASTELESS , COLD ,SLOPPY obviously made in a hurry, MOSTLY RICE, I paid for EXTRA MEAT and got what looked like barely a regular portion, AGAIN the beef was COLD and the Chicken was UNDERCOOKED and COLD! Barely any sour cream, stale chips, and like I said mostly rice and lettuce for the burrito and in the bowl thing. When I called back it was worse than a hassle. They made it like it was my fault for the issues I had. Which in a way it was ,I ORDERED FROM THEM! AFTER MANY PHONE CALLS and different people they wouldn't refund me EVEN THOUGH I STILL HAD ALMOST THE COMPLETE ORDER UN EATEN !!! So the result was $40 WASTED IN THE TRASH AND A FOREVER NON CUSTOMER TO SPREAD THE WORD OF POOR SERVICE AND HORRIBLE FOOD!!!!! AND a Company who would rather TAKE your money than give GOOD QUALITY to their customers. I hope karma catches up and bankrupt them!!!! THEIR FOOD TASTES LIKE BARFFF!!!! It only LOOKS good on TV!!!!! DONT WAST YOUR MONEY !! SERIOUSLY ,WAIT UNTIL SOMEONE ELSE PAYS!! YOU WONT LIKE IT!!!!!!!

  When I first walked into this disgustingly filthy restaurant at approx 745pm, I noticed the long line with about ten people waiting. The line wasn't moving and only one person was filling requests. While I was waiting I noticed that the three trash cans were overflowing and most of the tables were not clean. One employee stocking the chips, one employee in the kitchen, not cooking, one employee on the service line. I waited 14 minutes to become the next in line. I observed the two customers before me had not have their requests filled and they were waiting on something from the not cooking employee in the kitchen. Ready to place my order I asked what items were not available. Steak, 12 minutes. Peppers and onions another 4 minutes. After waiting 14 minutes in line, I had no desire to wait another 12 minutes for steak and peppers. If I waited, that would have been 26 minutes for this low quality food. This unbelievably bad service and a reminder why Chipotle is a once every 3 years experience. Store location: 7175 W Lake Mead Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89128

  Just got my UBER EATS ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! It’s 02/27/26! You guacamole is wayyyy to salty and y’all DONT Thoroughly wash your lettuce cause there’s a bug on my lettuce! GROSSS!!!

  1 person prepping everybody’s order from start to finish when the lines 10+ people long. management needs to stop being cheap and scheduale more people.

  Worst customer service. 15 minute wait for steak and workers standing around like statues -update as of 2/20/26: after being thanked for sharing my experience, I was told thanks for sharing, they will work on improving for future customer experiences. Then asked for my receipt information. Then given a free drink. Not getting another dime of my money. Shameful
