  THE WORST chipotle i have ever been to! every single time it leaves a bad taste in my mouth and tonight will be my last time coming here. i smile and say hello to the team member working and she stares at me with zero expression on her face. i say hello again and she gives me a short “hi, what do u want” i asked for two salads, told her they’d be exactly the same. we go down the line with my additions, get to the part with the final toppings. i see her start to go dig in to the pico de gallo and i say no tomato please and she proceeds to put the biggest heap of it on top of my salad. she tosses it all out like it’s my fault and proceeds to remake it. i go to pay and i ask for the dressing for my salad because who wants to eat a dry salad. that comes by default right? and then the girl proceed to tell me they have no dressing. i would think that would be crucial information to let a guest know the moment they order a salad and also why are they out of dressing?? i walked out and left. never again. additionally i’ve seen team members not changing gloves and handing both food and money with the same gloves. the back looks absolutely filthy. the grill looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. this place is in desperate need of new management and frankly all new staff.

  RUDEST STAFF EVER! Do not bother to go there. The person who served my food was extremely rude, I understand having a bad day but this was pretty bad. He even THREW my burrito to the cashier. Plus the portion were smaller than normal. The attitude ruins everything. Go to other location the food probably taste better there.

  I’m vegetarian, and I specifically ordered black beans expecting a vegetarian option. Unfortunately, my bowl had pieces of chicken mixed in, which is unacceptable. I politely asked the server (the one with tattoos) for another bowl. Instead of simply correcting the mistake, she reacted poorly and loaded the replacement with extra spicy salsas and random vegetables, which I did not ask for. It felt intentional and unprofessional. Food service requires basic attention to dietary restrictions and a respectful attitude when fixing mistakes. If someone can’t handle correcting an error properly, they shouldn’t be working the counter. Very disappointing experience.

  我一整年在Yelp 上寫了三百多個review ，這是我第一個也是唯一的一個要給一顆星的一家店，裡面的小姐服務實在太爛了，就是下面第一張照片最右邊的那個女生，我把小孩子要點的東西給她看，她說叫我把電話拿遠一點，等到我拿遠一點，他又說她看不見叫我唸給她聽，我沒辦法念，她說我看不懂英文嗎？我說是因為字太小了，我沒帶眼鏡，這是什麼樣的服務態度呀，而且他把我兩個order的東西都混在一起沒有問我就直接放兩個一模一樣的東西，她說我沒有說，她根本沒問，然後問了旁邊的做事，一個沒有左手的男生，Roy, 她叫什麼名字、他說他不知道🤷‍♀️？這真是好笑, 這家的服務品質不是一般的差， 還有嚴重的種族歧視，就是位置生意太好， 才會這樣對待客人

  One of the worst Chipotle ever; tried lots of Chipotle locations and this one sucked the most by far. Rude staff and half of their food items were told as not available (the frontline staff - 3 girls on duty sucked and did not even bother to refill or look behind the counter for missing items). Waste of time and money; would not recommend anyone. Didn’t see any type of customer service effort and more like scam. Would not recommend anyone to take their service.
