  Love Chipotle, but man... They are really shrinking the portions. Except my food is now more expensive. I might have to cut down my chipotle addiction. But it doesn't happen in other locations, maybe it's just this location with the penny pinching portions. I'm not down with PPP. Yeah, you know me.

  Stood there waiting to be helped while there were no customers and they just kept joking not paying attention to me for minutes then finally when I left with my Togo order I realized they gave me someone else's order then I brought it back they just laughed and joked about how the food prepper messed up my order never apologizing or anything. Food was good but terrible customer service

  I hate leaving bad reviews, but this Chipotle location has been consistently disappointing. The restaurant often feels dirty, and the customer service from the young staff is rude and unprofessional. I’ve given this place multiple chances, hoping things would improve, but it’s always the same experience—no care for cleanliness or for treating customers with respect. Corporate really needs to step in and provide proper training on basic customer service and standards. If I could give negative stars, I would.

  I’m really disappointed with my experience at this Chipotle location. The girl who identified herself as the “manager” had a rude and dismissive attitude from the start. She rushed us through the line, had a mean expression the entire time, and made us feel uncomfortable for simply placing our order. She didn’t properly wrap the tortilla in foil, and when we requested sauce — which is typically complimentary at other locations — she said we would have to pay extra for it. We ended up spending $18 and still felt like we were being treated like an inconvenience. Additionally, she handled our tortilla without wearing gloves, which raised concerns about food safety and cleanliness. What was most concerning is that she said she was the manager. Leadership sets the tone for the entire store. If the manager doesn’t model professionalism or a customer-first attitude, it’s difficult to expect employees to do so either. Overall, this experience felt rushed, unwelcoming, and disappointing.
